In this behind-the-scenes photo, our Key Hair & Makeup Artist, GG, is applying special effects makeup to our Bubbe, portrayed by Margaret Lamarre.

As explained GG, the makeup is a light layer of skin-friendly adhesive and some powder; This accents the face’s natural lines to give a realistic aged effect.

Gabrielle “GG” Martin is a makeup, SFX, and hair artist known for bringing characters to life through their visual appearances. Her talent for creating flawless, natural-looking makeup looks and her ability to adapt to any creative vision, GG is a go-to artist for film and television productions.

For GG, makeup started as a passion but has since grown into a career. Her work has been featured in projects that range from feature films to commercials to music videos.
